Progress progress progress! I can happy to announce that by the end of April, I should be either complete or 95% complete with my hammer. I am excite!!!!
Hammer issues
At this point. I am going to venture to say that all hope is not lost. It looks better all cleaned up and I will post a pic tomorrow of what it looks like now (my phone is dead, otherwise I would do it now).
Progress on my Lavi hammer? I think so. I am using Great Stuff, it’s a slightly expanding foam. It isn’t sticking so well. I am going to need to grab a couple of more bottles of this stuff, I will see where it stands in 8 hours when it is fully cured ^.^

I have decided to just suck it up and make the armor out of multiple pieces. It’s going to change a bit of the look, but….I will have to so that I can get it done…..

Forgot to add this, more work on the hammer. Added a 1’x1’ piece of posterboard to one end. Going to let this one side dry for 24 hours, then I am going to cut the excess off and then do the same to the other side.
